Our beautiful, antioxidant rich dark chocolates are imported from Belgium and made from the finest all-natural ingredients. With incredible flavored ganache, hazelnut praline, fruit and caramel fillings, our decadent assortments have been specially selected for their high cocoa content of between 55 and 70% and other antioxidant rich ingredients, including nuts, raspberries and ginger.

Researchers have long known that natural cocoa is one of the best sources of flavanol antioxidants which counter the detrimental effects of oxygen free radicals that form naturally during normal metabolism. A recent study found that the level of antioxidants in commonly available chocolate products is directly related to the amount of natural cocoa contained in that product. Research indicates that dark chocolate contains an antioxidant which may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and lower blood pressure. Some of our chocolates contain hazelnuts which are high in Vitamin E and are one of the highest-ranking antioxidant superfood sources. Some may also contain ginger. In herbal medicine, ginger is regarded as an excellent substance promoting digestive health. Modern scientific research has revealed that ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties, including antioxidant effects. A recent study confirmed that ginger is effective in relieving the severity of nausea during pregnancy.*
