  2. What shipping options do I have?


    Shipping rates vary by the size of your order. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods while you are shopping on the AntiOXinabox web site and before you finalize your purchase at check out. We offer shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS).

    When using UPS as your carrier, you may choose from UPS Ground (1-5 business days), UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days, end of the day) and UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day by 3 p.m.).   3. Can I get same or next day delivery?


    We generally ship all orders the same day that they are received.  E-mail us at service@antioxinabox.com if you want to make sure your order is shipped immediately.   If you do not e-mail us, if you order by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST, we will try to ship your package that same week day. After 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EST, we generally will ship it the next week day. The fastest shipping methods available are UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day by 3 p.m.) or Express Mail from the U.S. Postal Service (next day to most areas, no extra charge for Sat. and Sun. delivery).

  5. Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States and Canada?


    You can place an order from anywhere in the world, but at this time we can only ship AntiOXinabox products in the United States and to Canada.  Soon we plan to expand to Europe.  Please check back soon as we roll out AntiOXinabox to the world...! [top]

  6. Where do you ship?


    We ship to the fifty states of the United States and the 10 provinces of Canada.  We plan to expand to Europe soon, but please e-mail us at service@antioxinabox.com to request an immediate shipment outside of the fifty United States and 10 provinces of Canada and we will review each such request on a case by case basis.

    We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO and FPO military addresses.

  7. What is an AntiOX Level?


    Each of the products in the company's AntiOX Boxes were selected by two cancer survivors and each box is assigned a distinct name to identify the different levels of antioxidant content in each AntiOX Box.  AntiOX Levels include: Asanfona, Basralocus, Binuang, RefreShea, Danta, Freijo, Greenheart, Hyedua, and RejuvaHeal.   You also have the option to customize your own unique Khaya Level AntiOX box for any recipient or occasion or purchase products without a gift box from the AntiOX Shop.

    The AntiOX Forum is a discussion area where AntiOX Rewards Members can post and exchange information regarding antioxidants and healthy living. Categories on the AntiOX Forum include:

  11. What if I am too late to order for delivery for a specific occasion?


    If you're ordering too late for a specific occasion, send a special AntiOX Box announcement e-mail (from AntiOXinabox) that informs the recipient that a deluxe AntiOX Box or select AntiOXinabox antioxidant rich products are coming from you and us.  After you check out, email us at rush@antioxinabox.com to have us send an e-mail (within a few hours) to the recipient.

  12. Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity of AntiOX Boxes? Do you offer Event and Corporate discounts?


    To discuss volume discounts, please e-mail us at service@antioxinabox.com or call us toll free at 1-866-367-3458. Multi-recipient orders can be completed online so that ordering several AntiOX Boxes and sending each individual AntiOX Box to a different address and recipient is simple.   13. I want to send AntiOX Boxes or select AntiOXinabox products to a large number of recipients. Can I do this using your web site?


    If you would like to order multiple AntiOX Boxes or multiple AntiOXinabox products or place a large corporate order, please e-mail your request to service@antioxinabox.com.  We always provide volume discounts.  You can also contact us toll-free at 1-866-367-3458.  At this time, multi-recipient orders can not be completed online, but ordering and sending each individual AntiOX Box or multiple AntiOXinabox products to a different address and recipient is simple.  Also see our Event and Corporate AntiOX Box Program.

  14. Do you ship to Hospitals?


    Yes. If we are shipping an AntiOX Box to a hospital address, please keep in mind that hospital stays are shorter than you might imagine. Even surgical patients may be released in a few days. In addition, hospitals receive mail at a set time, usually once a day, and often not at all on weekends (hospital mailrooms are usually closed on weekends). Therefore, if a Priority or even Express AntiOX Box arrives after the hospital's daily delivery/pickup, the institution may not accept or deliver the AntiOX Box that day. An Express AntiOX Box received on a Friday will most likely not be delivered until Monday. Using Express delivery will not get the AntiOX Box to the patient any sooner if it arrives at the institution Friday-Sunday. Please be sure that the recipient is likely to be in the hospital at least 4-5 days after you send us the order (we usually ship the same or next day). Hospitals no longer forward mail to patients and if the patient is no longer at the hospital, often the AntiOX Box will be returned to AntiOXinabox. If the AntiOX Box comes back to us because the patient has left the hospital, we will contact you. In almost all cases, we will take back the AntiOX Box and forward it to the recipient/patient's home, but we will charge you for redelivery to the recipient/patient's home address.   We cannot refund shipping charges for packages received by the hospital receiving department but not delivered to patients before they go home.

  15. What if I'm not satisfied with something?


    Our AntiOX Boxes and products are non-refundable and we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we will do everything we can to make sure you are a satisfied client.  You have our promise that we will always do what is reasonable.   16. Can I send a gift message with an AntiOX Box?


    Yes, when placing your AntiOX Box order, you can specify whether it is a gift box and you can write a personalized greeting to your gift recipient at no additional charge. Your message will be printed on a gift card that accompanies each AntiOX Box that we ship.

    Yes.  Login to your AntiOX Rewards Account and view your Order History.

  18. Do you publish a catalog I can receive by U.S. mail?


    Our entire collection is available to you on our web site.  Our AntiOX Brochure can be downloaded from our website by clicking here.  You can also print our web pages by using your Web browser's Print function.

  22. What forms of payment do you accept?


    To order from AntiOXinabox, you must use a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is shipped.   23. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?


    Yes we do ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders are shipped to the appropriate Post Office and held for recipients to pick up.

  24. Can I change the delivery address once my order has been submitted to AntiOXinabox?


    We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes to the delivery address, please e-mail us at service@antioxinabox.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening telephone numbers.

  25. Can I change the date of my order's delivery and/or the contents of my order after it has been submitted to AntiOXinabox?


    If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date and/or its contents. To request a change to your order, please e-mail us at service@antioxinabox.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening telephone numbers.

  26. If I place my order online, how will I know it's been received?


    When you complete placing your order on our secure web site, a "Thank You" page will display. Within a few minutes after submitting your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation from AntiOXinabox confirming that your order has been processed and that your credit card or other payment method has been processed. Your confirmation will include your order Invoice Number and the total amount charged to your credit card. [top]

  27. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?


    You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive an e-mail message within three hours after placing your order, there could be a delay due to e-mail traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at service@antioxinabox.com to ensure that your order is being processed.
