Where We Ship

We ship to the fifty states of the United States and the ten provinces of Canada.  We also ship to select international destinations (e-mail us at info@antioxinabox.com for specific international destinations where we ship).  We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO and FPO military addresses.  P.O. Box orders are shipped to the appropriate Post Office and held for recipients to pick up.

Alaska and Hawaii Deliveries

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses, please allow three additional days for delivery.

International Deliveries

For shipments to countries other than the USA and Canada, please allow four-twelve additional business days for delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Canada Delivery

We ship via UPS and add 30% to the standard delivery charge.  Delivery is within 5-10 business days.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Deliveries to Hospitals

If we are shipping an AntiOx box to a hospital address, please keep in mind that hospital stays are shorter than you might imagine.  Even surgical patients may be released in a few days.  In addition, hospitals receive mail at a set time, usually once a day, and often not at all on weekends (hospital mailrooms are usually closed on weekends).  Therefore, if a Priority or even Express AntiOx box arrives after the hospital's daily delivery/pickup, the institution may not accept or deliver the AntiOx box that day.  An Express AntiOx box received on a Friday will most likely not be delivered until Monday. Using Express delivery will not get the AntiOx box to the patient any sooner if it arrives at the institution Friday-Sunday.  Please be sure that the recipient is likely to be in the hospital at least 4-5 days after you send us the order (we usually ship the same or next day).  Hospitals no longer forward mail to patients and if the patient is no longer at the hospital, often the AntiOx box will be returned to AntiOx in a Box.  If the AntiOx box comes back to us because the patient has left the hospital, we will contact you.  In almost all cases, we will take back the AntiOx box and forward it to the recipient/patient’s home, but we will charge you for redelivery to the recipient/patient’s home address.   We cannot refund shipping charges for packages received by the hospital receiving department but not delivered to patients before they go home.

Deliveries to Business Addresses

If choosing a business address, remember that most businesses are not open weekends.  A package delivered to a business on a Saturday will be held until Monday (unless you specify otherwise).  Some mail rooms/reception don't deliver their packages the same day, so check with the company if the employee hasn't received the package but tracking shows it was delivered to the address.
